After over 20 years in the Telecommunications Industry, I decided to look at other options and ended up with a broad set of experiences. I have been part of a Marketing Agency, a Startup helping Lawyers become Business People, running a Fire Alarm company and also figuring out how to help companies scale up their business.
Gramatges Consulting was born of the idea that having a different perspective on a company’s operations and its culture can lead to insights that drive changes resulting in improved outcomes. Just a 5% change in input can improve results 100% or more.
